How to revitalize disconnected urban networks?

After the establishment of Marina Park in Busan, two urbanisms coexist : A tourist area revitalized by the marina and an existing aging urban organization. As a way to revitalize the disconnected city network, the reed park and marina park in front of the site are connected to the flow through the wavy slab. In addition, the existing residential area and the urban organization across the river can be organically connected through the dynamism of Dynamic Street.
