If architecture can absorb earthquakes perfectly, wouldn't people be mentally free?

Ecuador is located on the Ring of Fire, where five tectonic plates intersect. More than 30 large and small earthquakes occurred in the four years from 2019 to 2022. A study found that 44.10% of earthquake survivors experience PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder). In addition, research results show that after experiencing an earthquake, the probability of suffering from depression increases due to stress and trauma. Therefore, through Harmonograph, I propose an architecture that is completely safe from earthquakes and can eliminate the trauma of earthquakes.
